At Estimate Design Works LLC, we are committed to delivering accurate and timely estimates. However, in certain circumstances, refunds may be applicable under the following conditions:

1. Delayed Delivery from Our Side – If we are unable to deliver the estimate within the agreed deadline due to delays on our end, we will issue a full refund of the amount received for the project.

2. Client-Requested Modifications – If the delay occurs due to changes or additional work requested by the client after the project has started, we will not be responsible for meeting the original deadline. Instead, we will discuss and negotiate a revised timeline and any necessary adjustments to the estimate.

3. Client-Initiated Cancellations – If the client cancels the project after we have started working on it, we will charge $6 per hour for the time already spent on the estimate. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded accordingly.
